   • The mixtures are wrapped and tied in banana leaf parcels and steamed. Names for these steamed cakes are boyo, duckoono, tie-a-leaf, and blue drawers, as the leaf stains the pudding a faint bluish color.
   • Blue drawers, also known as tie-a-leaf or dukunu, combine banana, coconut, sweet potato, and/or cornmeal in small squares, that are then wrapped in banana leaves and boiled for an hour.
